What is QHHT?
QHHT® is a method of hypnosis designed to quiet the conscious mind and access a higher state of awareness often called The Subconscious, The Higher Self, or even the Soul. This incredible connection provides limitless insight and healing. Many of us feel disconnected from our deeper selves as we navigate daily life, but QHHT® helps us remember our connection to something greater—whether you call it The Source, the Universe, or God.
Dolores Cannon’s groundbreaking work in past life regression began nearly 50 years ago. Through curiosity and courage, she discovered that this deep hypnotic state allows people to travel through time to revisit significant moments in past lives. Often, unresolved challenges from those experiences can influence physical, mental, or emotional well-being in the present. By uncovering and understanding these moments, healing and clarity become possible.
How QHHT® Can Help You
QHHT® is for everyone, regardless of background, belief system, or experience with spirituality. Whether you’re seeking answers to life’s biggest questions, relief from unexplained physical or emotional challenges, or simply a better understanding of your soul’s journey, this method can provide profound insights.
Through QHHT®, we communicate directly with your Higher Self, which holds unlimited knowledge and the ability to heal. It identifies the root causes of challenges—whether from past life trauma or lessons from this life—and helps bring understanding and resolution.
Exploring Past Lives
One of the most fascinating aspects of QHHT® is the opportunity to explore past lives. Under the gentle guidance of your QHHT® practitioner, your Subconscious will reveal the past life most relevant to your current experiences and questions. You may revisit moments of daily life, pivotal events, and even the transition of passing from one life to the next. These experiences often provide valuable lessons, uncover recurring patterns, and illuminate karmic connections affecting the present.
Understanding the Subconscious through QHHT®
Throughout history, spiritual and religious traditions have referred to the higher aspects of our consciousness with many names: The Oversoul, Christ Consciousness, Higher Consciousness, or Oneness with Source. Dolores Cannon called this powerful part of us The Subconscious, emphasizing that its name is less important than its role in our lives.
During a QHHT® session, the Subconscious is gently accessed, creating a profound shift in energy filled with love and joy. This higher part of ourselves holds unlimited knowledge and understanding of our mental, physical, and spiritual being—even aspects hidden from our conscious awareness.
QHHT® practitioners, following Dolores Cannon's compassionate approach, work with the Subconscious to uncover the root causes of challenges, whether they stem from current experiences or unresolved issues from past lives. By revealing and addressing this deeper understanding, the Subconscious can guide healing in extraordinary and unexpected ways.
This connection offers a safe and transformative journey for those seeking clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to their soul.
Unlocking Healing Through the Subconscious
During a QHHT® session, the Subconscious (SC) is gently accessed, revealing profound insights into the root causes of physical, emotional, or psychological challenges. With the practitioner’s guidance, the SC is asked to explain these causes and determine whether healing is possible. If healing is deemed appropriate, it can occur instantly—free of discomfort, medication, or surgery.
Often, simply understanding the source of an issue brings about a release in both mind and body, allowing clients to experience freedom from conditions that may have persisted for years. Dolores Cannon witnessed countless clients achieve transformative healing through this process, inspiring her to teach and share QHHT® with practitioners worldwide.
For healing to occur, an individual must have a genuine desire to heal. The Subconscious considers the lessons and agreements a soul has made before incarnating in this lifetime. In some cases, healing may not be permitted if it interferes with a soul’s growth or learning. For example, restoring sight to someone who agreed to experience life without vision might conflict with their spiritual journey.
The SC also takes into account a person’s actions and intentions. If a condition is caused by neglect or harmful habits and the individual shows no willingness to change, the SC may withhold healing, understanding that true transformation requires commitment to self-care and growth.
